A highly motivated and enthusiastic person is required to act as the central co-ordinator for representation of the College and University Centre at recruitment events including UCAS Fairs, School Open Evenings, Employer Engagement Events – both locally and Nationally. You will also be responsible for the organisation of key internal events such as Open Days, Freshers Week and the Graduation Ceremonies.
You will both attend these events yourself, and arrange for others to attend along with organising appropriate marketing literature and support materials.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills are essential, as are confidentiality, discretion and the ability to work as a good team player. You will be expected to work flexibly to meet the demands of the role.
Applicants should also have a good understanding of Microsoft Office, be willing to travel nationally and hold a full UK driving licence.
