Exams and Registry Officer

Salary range £15,522.36 – £18,861.48

Doncaster College is seeking to appoint an Exams and Registry Officer within the Registry department, to play a crucial role in the operation of the team and to provide high quality and effective support to its customers.

Registry administration is a key function within the College and deals with an extensive variety of customers and organisations, therefore the successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills. Key duties associated with the post are listed on the Job Description. However, the ability to work flexibly, to tight deadlines, to be able to adapt to an ever-changing environment and also to handle information and resolve issues in a methodical, intelligent and accurate manner are essential.

Relevant experience of working in an educational environment would be an advantage. The successful candidate must be computer literate with particular emphasis on Microsoft Access or equivalent and Excel.
