We are looking to recruit a Facilities and Accommodation Officer.
You will be expected to perform a whole range of duties associated with managing the Councils Civic Offices. The Facilities Officer is required to co-ordinate the provision of a range of building maintenance and facilities services relating to the Council’s property, and delivering these using both directly employed and contract labour. To be responsible for the provision of an integrated accommodation and support service to the Lodge Road Civic Offices and supporting the Abbey Centre; Co-ordinate the provision of janitorial services to include the supervision of the caretaking staff (and through them the cleaning staff); and co-ordinate security measures with respect to the Lodge Road Offices.
