As well as a number of attractive rural areas Burgess Hill and East Grinstead are two of the region’s major conurbations. Current projects include major town centre revitalisation work in these areas, which involves providing strategic advice to the Council. The Council’s recent acquisition of the Orchards Shopping Centre demonstrates a firm commitment to secure opportunities to further invest in the District.
