We have an exciting new opportunity for a Facilities Supervisor.

This is a new post to enable L&Q to effectively deliver comprehensive Estate Services across mixed tenure schemes in the South Neighbourhood.

You will be the main contact and liaison with contractors and management companies reporting on a regular basis as required by management agreements.

You will be required to manage and develop a new Mobile Caretaking service as well as a small team of dispersed Resident Caretakers.

You will ensure that all aspects of service delivery are provided effectively and within budget. and for ensuring that service charges are effectively set.

You will work with residents to ensure customer satisfaction and appropriate levels of service as required by customers and management companies.

You will be working with Tenancy Services, Surveyors, Asset Management, the Leasehold and Finance teams as well as L&Q Direct and other partners on these schemes.

You will need excellent communication and people skills along with experience of Microsoft office programmes and overall excellent IT skills as you will be expected to report on a regular basis on performance and other issues.
