Factoring Manager 35 hours per week – starting salary £29,287
Due to the retirement of its sole member of staff, WS Property Management Ltd.(PF000097) the trading subsidiary of Whiteinch & Scotstoun Housing Association, seeks a self-managing, customer focussed Factoring Manager. ICT competent, the successful candidate will be suitably experienced to contribute to the effective and efficient delivery of the factoring service and will be fully conversant with the requirements of the Property Factors (Scotland) Act 2011.
