Strong empathy and communication skills are imperative and Family Coordinators are required to quickly build trust and rapport, helping families to move productively forward. Applicants will be passionate, assertive, organised and committed to multi-agency working, with strong skills in assessment and intervention.

We are committed to developing our staff and robust training and support is provided.
