Family Group Conference Coordinator

Role Description:
Working in partnership with a team of professionals you will help reduce the need for children and young people to be cared for.

With your support and experience, working alongside Social Workers, you will bring empowerment and determination to help children and their families formulate a robust plan that will acheive the best possible outcome.

Assist in the development of the Family Group Conference Service in Surrey by arranging family meetings for referred cases.
