Family Support Project Worker

6 Ways Children’s Centre requires an experienced Family Support Worker to work in a diverse cultural community in Aston. You will work with families with a child under 5, supporting them with a wide range of needs within the reach area.

The role will include home visits, sign posting families to specialist services, multi agency working, CAF and setting up community activities to meet the needs of our families in line with the Children’s Centre core offer.

This is an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of the Family Support Team that will deliver integrated services to the local community from the Children’s Centre and other local satellite venues.
