Working pattern:Flexible Hours, Part Time, Permanent position 

Hours:Working 18.5 hours flexi time per week. To work within Children's Centre hours 08:00am - 18:00pm, with occasional Saturdays. 

Salary:Grade 7 £9,615 - £11,192 per annum 

DBS check:Enhanced

Location:Thorne Children's Centre, Fieldside, Thorne, Doncaster, DN8 4BQ 

Family Support worker required to work part time around the needs of the service. Must have NVQ 3 or equivalent, experience in early years (children 0 – 5 years) essential and good knowledge of implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage.

An enthusiastic and pro active person required to work as part of a team in the East area Integrated Family Support Service.

Knowledge and training in Common Assessment Framework (CAF) and Team Around the Child (TAC) desirable.

The successful applicant will be undertaking direct work with families who need support, will be able to work in a flexible, professional and evidence based way.

Will offer group work and individual sessions including outreach work to meet identified needs and will act as Lead professional for CAF and TAC.
