Excellent opportunities for motivated and experienced Family Support Worker

We are seeking to recruit a full time Family Support Worker to join our Family Support Team in the Central Locality of North Somerset.

The role is to provide a multi disciplinary service to children, young people and their families to help them reach their full potential and achieve positive outcomes. The work includes direct work with children, young people and their families or carers as part of planned early intervention. You will be working with parents, and with professionals including Social Workers and school staff.
