Fieldwork Support Officer (CWDT)

The Children with Disabilities Team require a temporary Fieldwork Support Officer to support the service.We need a strong team player with initiative and experience of working with disabled children and young people and their families.

A full current driving licence and access to own transport is essential to meet the requirements of this post. Applicants who are covered by DDA will be considered on an individual basis where reasonable adjustments can be made.
