Location:Robert Hodge Centre, Skelmersdale 

This is a key position within Community Services, in particular Environmental Health Services, as you will be an essential member of the Admin Support Team, which ensures that the ten thousand requests for service and other enquiries received each year are dealt with efficiently and effectively. You will also assist the Administrative Team Leader with the processing of invoices, orders and sundry debtors.

The role also has a number of other duties, including typing of confidential letters and Committee Reports, as well as providing some Secretarial support for the Assistant Director on a part time basis.

This post is temporary lasting up to a maximum of 12 months, due to the ongoing major service reviews across the Council.
