2 x Zero Hour contract

£7.48 per hour

Due to ongoing growth and exciting developments taking place in East London and Essex, we are always looking for talented and committed individuals to join our team.

You will be working as part of a dedicated team and assist in the provision of a quality personal care & support service to Older People.

We are looking for talented individuals to work as part of a dedicated team at our scheme in Dames Road. The nature of the role is to assist in the provision of a quality personal care & support to enable frail older people to live as independently as possible ensuring a high quality of life.

Ideally, you will need to demonstrate an understanding of the issues affecting older people and will have experience and/or knowledge of working with this client group. We are looking for someone with good communication skills and an empathy towards older people.. You will need to have personal confidence and an engaging manner and knowledge of Health & Safety standards is desirable.

This role requires working in shifts which includes evenings, sleep in’s and weekends. You will need to be flexible and will cover for absence/vacancies.
