Floating Support Worker

Providing individual packages of support to young care leavers reintegrating into the community,you’ll help them make the successful transition from adolescence into adulthood. Doing what ever it takes to make all the difference, you’ll identify needs, facilitate access to furnishings and amenities, engage other agencies and liaise constantly with Social Services and housing providers,so you can expect a very high profile and plenty of autonomy.

With a proven track record of supporting adolescents and young adults, you’ll be fully familiar with the challenges facing care leavers. Needless to say, you can organise your own workload, take clear and considered decisions and communicate effectively with colleagues at every level to bring your plans to life.
