FM Building Services Technician

The LBH Facilities Management Team are responsible for the safe and professional operation of the Civic Centre and cover topics as diverse as mechanical and electrical building services, procurement, cost control, cleaning, security, and office moves and changes.
Reporting to the Head of Facilities Management we are looking to appoint a FM Building Services Technician to support the Facilities Team at the current Civic Centre, across the diverse operational estate, and to enable the transition to the new Civic Centre in spring 2019.
