FM Compliance Assistant

The London Borough Hounslow Facilities Management Team, are responsible for the safe and professional operation of the Civic Centre and support the diverse operational estate to ensure buildings comply with regulations covering fire, water, asbestos, electricity, gases, lifts, and a broad range of mechanical and electrical systems.
Reporting to the FM Compliance Officer, we are looking to appoint an FM Compliance Assistant to support the development of an 'assurance' process to monitor, audit and support sites and buildings complying with legal obligations and best practice. The role holder will work closely with other Facilities staff and colleagues within the Health & Safety Team.
