To continue the service’s transformation, we are now recruiting to the new structure and are seeking forward-thinking and innovative professionals.
One of these new roles is a Contract Monitoring officer. In this role, you will manage the metrics and outputs of our AMEY and PFI contracts ensuring we always deliver quality and value for money. This role sits within the facilities management, compliance and energy team which manages all aspects of the built environment across the Council’s properties ensuring they are safe, compliant and functional.
In this role, you will provide the financial and administrative support to ensure that commercial elements of the Contracts are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate experience in planning, implementing and evaluating TFM and PFI contracts. You will also need to have a strong understanding of the statutory legislation and how it relates to FM.
You will be proactive and customer focused in your approach, always striving to ensure contracts get the best value for money and a high-quality building environment.
