We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development professional to develop and drive improvements within Guinness Care & Support.
Details: We have a part time GCS Development Advisor position available where you will be working 17.5 hours a week, flexibility available on which days worked. As someone that takes pride in your attention to detail and written communications, you will need to demonstrate an ability to assimilate information quickly, build effective working relationships and have a proven track record of achieving results. Your role will be to assist the GCS Organisational Development Advisor with key elements to support our organisation during a period of growth including improving the effectiveness of our induction process, promoting our commitment to QCF qualifications across the Division and leading the roll out of new learning interventions. You will also be responsible for sourcing distance learning solutions and maintaining training plans.
To succeed in this role you’ll need excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office and Excel, along with the ability to carry out tasks to agreed deadlines with minimal supervision. As someone that takes pride in your attention to detail and written communications, you’ll employ a flexible approach in order to consistently deliver quality work for both customers and colleagues.
In view of the short term nature of this post you will need to demonstrate an ability to assimilate information quickly, build effective working relationships and have a proven track record of achieving results.
Experience in training administration is essential. Experience of learning and development within the Health & Social Care sector will be beneficial.
