These are new posts within the Revenues Service. We are looking for two people to work
within the Council Tax, Enforcement and Non Domestic Rates teams. Your regular duties
will include dealing with telephone enquiries and basic input of data from reports using the
Academy Council Tax and Opentext Document Management systems. You may, however,
be required to assist any of the above teams at short notice so you will need to be
versatile, quick to learn and able to follow precise instructions accurately. With good PC
skills, you will be a clear and calm communicator and negotiator. You must also be able
work to targets using a logical and methodical approach.

Council Tax, Academy or Opentext knowledge would be an advantage but is not essential
as full training will be given. Ideally, you will have passed GCSE Maths and English at grades
A-C or equivalent.
