Graduate Marketing Campaign Executive
The success of our campaigns has been instrumental to our growing client base and recent achievements. We are now busier than ever and regularly have multiple campaigns running at any one time.
In order to ensure that these campaigns continue to deliver fantastic results, we are expanding our Marketing Team to include a dedicated Graduate Marketing Campaign Executive.
In this role, it will be up to you to ensure we are getting the right messages to the right candidates and ensure every vacancy receives maximum numbers of high quality applications. You’ll plan and implement successful marketing campaigns, using a range of online platforms including search engine marketing, social media. It will then be your responsibility to monitor the results and adapt your approach to ensure that each one is successful.
Working closely with the rest of the Marketing Team, you’ll devise creative solutions to the challenges you face in order to achieve consistent levels of success with each and every campaign.
You will also carry out post-campaign analysis and reporting, identifying successes and challenges in order to ensure further success in the future.
This role would be ideal for a confident and bright marketing (or related) graduate looking to take the first step of their marketing career in an exciting and fast-paced environment.
We will provide you with the training you need but you will also be required to quickly take ownership of your work and become an integral member of the team.
Our Marketing Team is built on team work and collaboration and we need someone who is keen to play their part in that. You’ll pride yourself on your communication skills and will be willing to chip in and help others, both within the Marketing Team and across the business.
Any experience of using social media or online advertising would be massively beneficial, as would any previous experience of carrying out research projects and analysing the subsequent data.
Whilst not essential, it would be a massive bonus if the successful candidate was a confident writer, able to write coherent reports and contribute to writing web copy.
