The successful applicants will work across the Council’s two Sports Centres in Hoddesdon and Cheshunt and manage a team. Applicants for both posts will need access to a car, driving licence and a Criminal Records Bureau enhanced disclosure to be obtained. Hours are 40 per week.

As Sales Manager you will need to provide good support to your team, ensure that efficient lead generation systems are utilised, an excellent customer service is offered to encourage local residents to take up healthy active lifestyles and maximise income for the service. The post holder is required to have sales experience preferably within the leisure industry and good communication skills to ensure that Business plan objectives are achieved.

As Fit & Well Manager you will need to demonstrate strong management, motivational and communication skills, be able to lead on inductions, fitness assessments, personal training and membership sales / retention activities. The post holder is required to have an appropriate fitness qualification, experience of managing and an awareness of health and safety.
