Location:We have several sites throughout the district e.g. Kelham Hall - HQ, Leisure Centres at Southwell, Balderton, Ollerton, Blidworth, Tourist Info Centres @ Newark and Ollerton, Museum, Castle and Theatre in Newark, Cashier’s office – Town Hall in Newark, Waste and Transport Depot and Lorry Park in Newark together with several parks and open spaces throughout Newark and District.

The Growth Point initiative has been designed to support local communities in large scale, sustainable growth and you will manage and advise the authority in achieving our targets and meeting aspirations. Essentially, you will develop innovative frameworks, identify and implement positive strategies and action plans, and negotiate with a range of Government and private organisations to drive the progress of the entire project.
With a background in development or regeneration planning, a relevant degree and professional membership, you will combine significant knowledge of implementation, development initiatives and policies with practical experience of developing and implementing projects. You are a natural leader, communicator and negotiator, but most importantly you have the energy and ambition to turn the significant opportunities we have into one of our most significant successes.
