In this exciting and challenging role, you will take responsibility for the general maintenance and security of the grounds to ensure high standards of safety for our elderly clients.
Maintaining a safe working environment through the implementation of health and safety and environmental health regulations, you will make sure all statutory and departmental requirements are met. A hardworking and conscientious individual, you will check the operation of all security systems, undertake repairs and maintain sufficient levels of stock.
As an excellent communicator, experience in a similar position would be highly advantageous. A team player, you must also be able to work on your own initiative and remain calm in a variety of different situations. A good awareness of health and safety is essential.
An enhanced Criminal Records Bureau disclosure and POVA check will be required for this role.
