Property is a corporate resource at Elmbridge and we have decided to bring all our property and facilities management activities together under this new senior management post. We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic, committed person who will drive forward the new Division. Our Asset Management approach involves understanding the vision and service delivery aspirations of other public sector partners and working with them to realise better outcomes for our communities. You will be a key member of our Resources Management Team as well as having responsibility for all our property, building surveying and facilities management functions.
You need to be a Chartered Surveyor or equivalent and we are also looking for outstanding leadership skills.
