Head of Customer Services
This is a great opportunity to join our vibrant organisation at an exciting time for East London.
We are looking for an experienced, energetic customer services specialist to join our Communities and Neighbourhoods Directorate and be instrumental in shaping our customer services. Leading our Customer Contact Centre, you will embed our new customer relationship management system and take ownership of our customer data, creating class leading customer profiles to help our organisation make the very best use of resources. Passionate about customer satisfaction, you will be able to demonstrate a track record of placing customers at the heart of the services they receive, improving the customer experience. As senior customer advocate you will use your skills to help us convert detractors to promoters

Salary: £46,574 – £49,650 per annum
35 Hours per Week
Stratford, London E15
