We are proud of the performance of our schools and are looking to establish an Education Partnership which will deepen our relationship with them, as well as giving them greater ownership and control of the services we provide to support them. However we also take our responsibility to deliver our statutory duties seriously and working in partnership with Headteachers and governors, we are committed to ensuring that every child in Hillingdon receives an outstanding education. We have reshaped all of our services to children through an innovative Children’s Pathway programme in which education services will play a full part. This includes: -A single point of access via an integrated front door for families

This opportunity gives you a chance to influence these services further working closely with the Director of Children Services, and by delivery of efficient and effective services in education. We are looking for a breath of fresh air; we want someone who will bring passion and commitment, creativity and initiative, energy and experience, and a fresh approach. They must also be able to deliver results and be candid in their advice. In short we want the right person, and we are happy to work with them to shape the post, which could be on a full time or part time basis. It is really up to you.
