Leicestershire Fire & Rescue Service provides emergency fire and rescue and community safety services to the people of Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. This is a strategic role and the successful applicant will be a first class, CIPD qualified HR professional with the energy, character and ability to operate as the Head of the HR function and as a key member of the senior management team. You will have a strong operational HR record with a strong focus on organisational development.

Working directly to the Director of Organisational Development, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership and management of the HR function and for risk based strategic workforce planning.
