The purpose of this role is to lead the national HR Team, to ensure that the Oasis vision and ethos is fully reflected in the HR strategy and policies of Oasis Community Learning and to provide the National Executive and Academy Principals with effective employment advice and support.

You will have a high level of relational skills, with sound employment law knowledge and significant experience as a Senior HR Manager/Adviser, including the education sector, together with some experience in organisation development.
