As a key member of the Human Resources management team, the jobholder will oversee the development and implementation of a proactive training and development strategy across all organisational tiers. In addition, the jobholder will be develop, and drive the broader management and leadership development agenda across the East Thames Group.

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Human Resources, you will have a track record of devising and implementing innovative learning, management and leadership development strategies and solutions across a number of diverse organisations. You will have demonstrable experience of leading Learning & Development teams such that they are recognized as Centres of Excellence for all broader training and management development needs within the business. You will be an effective communicator and will be able to successfully engage at all organizational levels
