Head of Strategy & Governance

This role is critical to championing future facing regulation, recognising that consumer regulation will sit at Board level and ensuring that the Board, its committees and the company have strong evidence of customer understanding within a diverse and ever changing context. You will need to really understand and be able to translate political and economic drivers that may affect our company strategy and growth, lead on corporate communications and corporate project management and have full operational leadership and control of the Chief Executive’s Office. You will be the Company Secretary and you will play a key role as a manager of people both in terms of your own team and corporately as a member of the overall company Leadership Team.

This role will be initially based either at our Clapham or Tooting offices, but as part of our exciting future of change, we will be moving into one office during 2012. Our future location will be near to either Waterloo, Vauxhall, Borough or London Bridge.
