Oxford Road Community School is a happy, welcoming and inclusive school that celebrates the rich cultural diversity of our children and local community. We are a successful school looking for the Headteacher our children deserve to lead our team of enthusiastic and dedicated teaching staff.

We are looking for someone who is able to:
• build, communicate and deliver a shared vision and strategic plan that will inspire, motivate and empower the school community
• lead and develop effective teams who will work together to deliver exceptional school improvement
• demonstrate high aspirations for all pupils, staff and governors, and show the ability to motivate, challenge and influence all to fulfil their potential
• demonstrate a creative and exciting whole-child approach to education and the curriculum.

We have a forward-looking and dedicated teaching team, supportive parents and a committed governing body. We can offer and exciting and stimulating environment in which to work and opportunities to develop innovative ways of working.
