We are Servite FM a dynamic facilities management company, working as part of the Servite group.
With safety one of our core values, we are seeking an enthusiastic safety professional to help ensure property maintenance and construction operations carried out by our internal and external consultants and contractors are carried out to the highest possible standards.
You will be responsible for ensuring that polices and procedures are regularly reviewed to continually reflect legislative requirements and best practice procedures.
A self-motivated individual with first class communication and interpersonal skills, you will be at ease dealing with practical issues on a construction site, talking to tenants or presenting to senior managers.
Ideally you will have a NEBOSH diploma and have experience of working in the building/construction industry.
Good IT skills are also essential, along with a full driving licence and use of a vehicle for business purposes.
