The Health Partnerships Team is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead on the Hearty Lives Newham Children and Young People and Social Marketing strands, which are part of a £1.5 million project, Hearty Lives Newham, funded by the British Heart Foundation.

Working in partnership with NHS East London and the City and the British Heart Foundation you will be responsible for effectively implementing, managing and monitoring the Hearty Lives Newham Children and Young People and Social Marketing strands, ensuring key performance indicators, targets and milestones are met. The overall aim is to increase children and young peoples physical activity levels and promote heart health activity to prevent ill health.

Experience in project management, general administration, financial control and partnership working is essential, as is knowledge of the wider determinants of public health.
