Ideally you will have obtained an NVQ Level 2 in Social Care (or equivalent), have hands on experience in a caring situation or a willingness to undertake a qualification with two years (if not already obtained) to work within our START service. Providing short-term assessments, rehabilitating adults in their own homes and the community in liaison with outside agencies, you will have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle. This post is subject to enhanced CRB clearance.
