We are looking for people who are committed to providing excellent customer service and achieving high levels of satisfaction and performance.

The successful candidate will have:

• previous Home Ownership experience
• excellent knowledge of leasehold legislation
• good communication skills with a customer focused approach
• ability to meet demanding but rewarding workload
• pro-active approach with genuine desire to play a crucial role in the development of our service

You will be responsible for:

• enforcing conditions of lease agreements
• resolving disputes
• ensuring that we deliver a 5 star service
• building close links with home owners, internal departments and external contractors

A full driving licence is essential as you will be required to travel.
