Working as part of a team of six housing advisors, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional front line and reception service, responding to a range of customer enquiries and providing general advice and information.
You should be flexible in your outlook, work well as part of a team and have excellent communication, organisational and IT skills. The post is primarily based in Sevenoaks, assisting in cover for the Swanley team when required.
