We have an exciting opportunity for a confident and pro-active individual to join our Housing Services team in the varied role of Housing Assistant. This is an integral post, and as a central point of contact, you will be responding positively and promptly to enquiries from a diverse range of residents and members of the public. You will be solely managing small projects and you will provide a full and effective administration support service to the wider team.
To succeed in this role, you must have good problem solving skills as well as previous customer service experience. You will carry out a range of administrative tasks so great organisational skills, high attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure will be key. It is also essential that you have a good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
