Housing Estates and Property Manager

£30,598 – £33,291 PO6-9 (subject to pay award and job evaluation)

Powys County Council currently manages 5,400 homes across a beautiful area of rural Mid Wales.

We are proud of our investment in the housing stock and are looking for an effective manager with a technical background to manage the repair, improvement and modernisation of our homes, estates and infrastructure in ways designed to meet the Welsh Housing Quality Standard and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.

In doing so, you will manage a team of 12 officers and be part of a Service Managers team working to deliver an excellent landlord service.
