Wandle is a successful housing association based in south London. Working across 11 London Boroughs we own over 5,500 properties and are developing over 1,000 new homes.
Reporting to the Area Housing Manager, you’ll be managing a patch of properties ensuring an excellent customer focused service is delivered to all residents. The role will involve regular travel across the patch in South London to carry out visits and inspections. You’ll be a key member of a team involved in award winning developments and ground breaking approaches to housing problems.
You should be able to demonstrate your strengths as a team player as well as the ability to work on your own initiative. Solid, relevant housing management experience together with a sound working knowledge of current issues in the social housing sector and legislation around landlord and tenants would certainly be an asset, most important though is the right attitude and a commitment to improving the lives of all our residents.
