This is an exciting opportunity to join our Estates Management Team. You will be have excellent interpersonal and customer care skills, be able to work independently or as part of a team and be adaptable to change.

The post holder will provide comprehensive advice to colleagues, tenants and prospective tenants on the implications of the Welfare Reform Act. The role will also develop, lead and co-ordinate actions required for the council to continue to collect all rents throughout the introduction of the changes.

An understanding of the current welfare benefit system and awareness of the Welfare Reform Act and Universal Credit are essential for this role.
