We are looking for a Housing Options Assistant to help deliver the front line housing advice service from our new Housing Gateway in Somerset House.

You will need to be able to adapt quickly and react effectively to a rapidly and constantly changing working environment as well as having excellent customer facing skills, including the ability to be tactful and diplomatic.

The successful candidate will have excellent IT skills, including knowledge of all Microsoft packages. You should also have 4 GCSEs (or equivalent) including English language at Grade C level.
