We are currently seeking a proactive and customer focused HR Administrator to join our well established but highly ambitious organisation. The role will see you support the implementation of effective HR administration processes: Ensure effective delivery of all internal HR administration processes including contract preparation, reference checking, new starters, probation periods, transfers, terminations, inductions, and HR data management. The role will see you prepare and analyse HR data as required including monthly KPI reporting, absence management and alerting the HR Services Manager and relevant HRBP if there are specific concerns.
The HR Administrator will be someone who is committed, focused and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will have proven experience of working as a HR Administrator. You will need to have experience of using HR databases and be an intermediate to advanced user of Microsoft Office applications.
