We have an excellent opportunity for a driven individual with sound IT skills to provide administrative support to our active HR team to deliver an efficient and professional service, and directly support the Deputy Director of Human Resources in providing a high quality service to managers, staff, external clients and potential employees of the Group.

To succeed in this role, you will need experience providing administrative support. You will be comfortable using software, including databases, word processing and spreadsheets, with typing skills that enable you to produce accurate, well laid out documents. The role will involve inputting data quickly and accurately, setting up and maintaining office systems and procedures, processing invoices, and minuting formal meetings.

There is an opportunity for the right individual able to organise your own workload in order to meet deadlines to get involved with other HR projects and develop HR experience. You need not have any previous HR experience, however excellent customer service and a strict adherence to confidentiality are paramount.
