Salary £25,951 - £30,153 per annum pro rata (starting at £28,485 with full or part CIPD qualification) Are you keen to develop your experience in an energetic, well-regarded and highly performing HR Team? We are looking for people with the ability to provide pragmatic HR advice and develop a range of options and creative solutions that take account of business needs. Our customers in the public sector are dealing with an increasingly fast paced and demanding agenda, and we help them to meet that challenge. Operating in a business partnering model you will work with service managers, providing professional advice and challenge on a full range of HR matters including case management and change programmes. Assessing risk factors to allow managers to make sound business led decisions will be critical as will coaching and guiding managers to develop their understanding and skills. You will need strong influencing skills and a healthy appetite for risk, as well as the ability to work under pressure at times. Ideally you will be at least part CIPD qualified with experience of supporting managers through a wide range of employee relations case work, but if you have the right skills and are looking for a step up into your first full HR Advisor role we would like to hear from you. You will also need confident interpersonal skills to be credible and influential with managers, colleagues and trade union representatives.
