One year fixed term HR Assistant to join an established team providing an excellent service within a growing and leading Housing Association based in West London.

We are looking for an experienced and hard working HR Assistant to work alongside the HR Advisor covering a maternity leave. As well as supporting the small team you will be responsible for providing all HR admin processes including recruitment and starters/leavers, maintaining the database, producing reports and dealing with general HR queries.

To be considered for this position you will have:

- Experience working in a demanding HR environment.
- The ability to multi-task and use your time efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Experience of using HR databases including report writing.
- A degree which included HR or CPP/CIPD qualification is essential (or equivalents).
- Immediate availability
