Experienced HR professional required to manage an HR Advisory Team, ensuring that high quality advice and a pro-active service is provided to managers on all employment matters. The ability to monitor HR management practice, develop and evaluate service provision, deliver training, provide strategic and operational advice to senior managers in a large complex organisation is essential.
