Due to the growth of our provision we are looking for an experienced iTrent system administrator to join our busy Human Resource service.
Working in a small team of friendly forward thinking iTrent specialists, you will be required to develop, deliver and maintain the HR system (iTrent) as well as providing management information and data.
You will be adaptable, a good communicator and have excellent attention to detail. We are looking for someone who wants to influence change and help the organisation ensure iTrent functionality is delivering significant business benefits. Taking the lead on key projects in order to move the service forward in its ambition to transition from being solely an internal service to a service provider for external customers.
As the successful candidate you should have intermediate/advanced level Business Objects and Excel skills to support this, as well as experience in data analysis and reporting to support monthly/annual statutory and adhoc reporting requirements. Experience of interpreting data in the context of human resources issues would also be desirable.
