HR Manager – maternity cover up to 12 months. Full or part time. Are you experienced and passionate about HR? Are you looking for your next challenge? We’re looking for an HR Manager to cover a period of maternity leave for up to 12 months. Reporting to one of our HR Business Partners this is a fantastic opportunity to join our energetic and motivated HR team to support a wide range of Directorates within Cambridgeshire County Council. You will be a strong team player who is passionate about providing a customer focused service and be able to quickly build strong working relationships with Directors and their Management Teams. Providing advice, options and challenge across a range of HR matters, you will need to be resilient, have the ability to influence others and have a healthy attitude to risk. We work within a shared service model across a wide range of Councils and customers, therefore as well as managing your own portfolio of services, you will have the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of projects and initiatives. With previous HR experience at either advisory or management level you will preferably be part or full CIPD qualified with the enthusiasm and drive to deliver creative HR solutions. In return you will be joining a fun and supportive team and enjoy flexible working practices.
