Kent Fire & Rescue Service are seeking to appoint a temporary HR Officer for maternity cover to join their HR Service Delivery team.

The role involves all aspects of generalist HR, including recruitment and selection, employee relations and absence management.

We are seeking some one who has experience of supporting and guiding managers at all levels in best practice and employment law.

In addition to being responsible for your own sections within the county, you shall be required to support and work with three other HR Officers within the team.

A certificate in personnel practice is essential, ideally you will be part qualified CIPD.

The successful applicant will be required to commence employment no later than the 1st May 2012.
